My fur baby tore her claw off (she was being overly protective). I rushed her in and they took care of her. She likes the staff and I don’t have to drag/carry her in. She has already healed and is in good health.
Love the team. They are kind and knowledgeable, and you can tell they love where they work and their career choice. Dr. is kind and attentive to both owner and pet. I already recommended this place to family and friends. They also appreciate going. Prices are a bit tough but it’s worth it when it comes to service and team being given.

I’ve been using Balboa Veterinary Medical for more than 30 years. I started with the original vet Dr. Hagaman who was wonderful. Dr. Arzumanian bought his practice in the early 2000s and he is just as wonderful. He’s very caring and explains everything. The staff is very nice as well. I definitely recommend them.
I’ve taken all my fur babies here and have been so happy with their level of service. The staff is caring and honest and the veterinarian is awesome. He takes his time to examine your pet, he is caring and really takes his time to explain his findings and results. Though the clinic may feel like a hole in the wall, don’t be fooled by the exteriors. They really try to offer the best for you and your pets.
This has been my go to vet clinic since day 1, both my furbabies are cared as if they were their own. I love that they remember my babies. Been a customer here for 8 years!

Kind and attentive staff, easy to communicate with the vet even with on-going distance precautions. Most other vets I have been to try to upsell you, don’t make an effort to make your pet comfortable, etc. This office is very kind, straightforward, and recommended only the very necessary steps to help best take care of our kitten. I was referred by a family member who has been coming for years. I will absolutely be returning here and recommending them to others.
